The reconvened AGM will take place on Sunday 8 January 2017 at 3pm in the Pairc MacUilin Clubrooms.
Any fully paid up member can attend and contribute to the meeting.
Only fully paid up members who have paid their membership prior to 1 April 2016 are entitled to vote.
Nominations for the outstanding posts must be with the Secretary prior to the reconvened AGM.
