Last Man Standing starts Saturday 29 October 2016

The Senior Hurlers are running a Last Man Standing competition for the English Premier League which begins this Saturday.

If you wish to take part please contact any senior hurler or message the club Facebook page. First prize is £500.

Rules:

  1. Pay your entry fee £10 before 9pm 28th October 2016
  2. Each week, simply pick a team playing a match that week – if your team wins, you go through; lose or draw and you’re out. TEXT: 07968954893 with your name & choice.
  3. You can only pick a team to win once in a competition, so be tactical about who you pick and when.
  4. All selections must be in by 9pm on the Thursday prior to fixtures of – you can change your pick up to this deadline.
  5. Rounds of fixtures may take place on weekends only. If your team’s game is postponed you are automatically put through to the next round.
  6. If you forget to pick a team, you’ll automatically get the first team alphabetically that you’ve yet to pick.
  7. Last Man Standing continues until only one person remains and wins the pot. If two participants remain at the end, the pot is equally distributed or with the agreement of those remaining proceed to a further week. If all remaining players lose their match in a round together, they all go through to the next round.

Note: Prize fund £500 with a minimum of 50 people entering.

If less than 50 people enter the prize fund will be reduced to equal the number of entrants.
